Mourinho, Guardiola, Ferguson: Top List Of Managers Of The Century

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) is a non-governmental organization specializing in football statistics and historical records. On Monday, local time, IFFHS announced the ranking of the best head coaches for the first 20 years of this century. Mourinho reached the top, Love ranked second, Ferguson and Guardiola tied for third. China’s former national football coach Lippi, ranked 15th.

Every year, IFFHS will select the best club coach and the best national team coach in the top 20 lists. When calculating the 20-year overall ranking, IFFHS converts the 20-year ranking into points, and then adds the 20-year points to get the coach’s final score. When calculating the annual points, IFFHS is based on the first place score of 20 points, the second place score of 19 points, and so on. IFFHS gave the top 15 rankings, from the 11th to the 15th head coaches, all have intersections with Chinese football. Capello ranked 11th with 120 points. He was the coach of Jiangsu Suning.
