Coscharis founder advises entrepreneurs on business growth

The Founder and Chairman of the Coscharis Group, Cosmas  Maduka, has highlighted the need for entrepreneurs to have a clear vision, determination an d focus and integrity in order to grow their businesses.

Maduka stressed the need for business owners to take actions with a clear strategy in place.

“You can start small and become great in the future. All that it requires is a dogged determination with unwavering commitment in the pursuit of one’s dreams with a clear understanding that enduring success is not a product of chance”, he said at a summit organized by the Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria in Lagos.

According to him, enduring success is characterized by a clear vision and growth strategy actualized through a prepared structured organization and effective leadership.

Maduka said entrepreneurs should develop new ways of doing things, adding , “So, here is where strategic and critical thinking becomes important as it is enough to desire to be successful. Critical thinking will help you make the right decisions”.

He said, “Money follows service. Wherever you provide solutions, money will follow you. So, stop complaining that there are problems. All the problems in Nigeria are business opportunities. Every problem is a business, even in the current situation of Covid-19,, some people are becoming billionaires.

“How many of you know what Zoom was worth before Covid-19? Today, Zoom’s value is 10 time bigger than all American airlines put together.

In the midst of Covid-19, new businesses are being introduced. It i about preparation”.

Maduka said integrity contributed immensely to his success as a businessman.

“One of the scarcest commodities in Nigeria is integrity. I learnt integrity from the Japanese. Till today, every merchandize that Coscharis represents, we receive them on supplier credit because i won their confidence. I am deeply committed to fulfilling my obligation”, he added.
