Two Nollywood Actors Died within 2 Days.
Two Nollywood actors have passed on this week. One who is a veteran, Rich Oganiru and young current actor Stanley Okoro. Rich reportedly died on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, after being ill for months. Same with Stanley who passed on August 11th, 2021.
About two weeks before his death, a video of Oganiru lying in his sickbed surfaced on the internet. The generator of the post appealed for financial assistance for the actor.
Rich Oganiru, who has been in the Nigerian film industry for over two decades, has featured in over 300 films, including ‘Queen of Hasso Rock’, ‘Wasted Effort’, ‘Pay Day’, ‘Lacrima’, ‘Stoneface in Love’, ‘Givers Never Lack’, ‘His Majesty’, ‘Yellow Fever’, ‘My Destiny’, ‘Battle Of The Rich’, ‘Political Control’, ‘Touching Love’, ‘Total Control’, and ‘Last Confession’ amongst others.
Stanley was a fast-rising actor known for his comedy roles that entertained movie audiences.
They will be defintiely missed by Nollywood fans and their colleagues.
