Nigerian Striker ‘Paul Onuachu’ Scores Back-to-Back For Genk

Paul Onuachu was the hero as his late goal earned KRC Genk an important in Thursday’s UEFA Europa League against Rapid Wien at Allianz Stadion in Wien, Austria.

 

Onuachu was also on target in Genk’s 1-1 draw with Union Saint-Gilloise over the weekend and it is the first time he’s scoring in a back-to-back game this season.

 

The 27-year-old Nigeria striker scored the goal from the spot two minutes into added time.

 

The Super Eagles have scored three goals in five league matches into the new season, and two in European competition this season.

 

Meanwhile, his compatriot Ike Ugbo was on the bench throughout the game.
