Wizkid Reflects on Personal Loss in New Song: ‘I Lost Myself After Mum’s Death

Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, is openly mourning the death of his mother, Mrs. Jane Morayo Balogun. This profound loss is evident in his latest collaborative track with Asake, titled ‘MMS’.

In the song, Wizkid’s verse poignantly expresses how his mother’s passing has deeply affected him.
