Manchester United Considering Rashford Sale in January
Several big transfer rumors are circulating in the football world, with Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, and other top clubs involved in potential moves as January approaches.
Manchester United is reportedly open to offers for Marcus Rashford, with the England forward, 27, potentially available in the January transfer window. United was also willing to sell Rashford last summer and is again receptive to new bids. Additionally, the club could entertain offers for Lisandro Martinez if Real Madrid intensifies their interest in the 26-year-old Argentine defender.
Arsenal is considering a move for Dusan Vlahovic, the 24-year-old Serbia forward from Juventus, in January. Manager Mikel Arteta has also hinted that Arsenal might strengthen their squad if injury concerns persist. However, Arteta has ruled out the departure of Gabriel Jesus, ensuring the Brazilian striker remains with the club for the foreseeable future.
In Liverpool news, Virgil van Dijk has rejected an initial contract offer but is willing to sign a new deal with the club. The 33-year-old Netherlands centre-back seems committed to staying at Anfield despite the early contract setbacks.
Newcastle United is monitoring Johan Bakayoko, the 21-year-old Belgium winger from PSV Eindhoven, ahead of the January window. Meanwhile, Barcelona faces a critical situation with Dani Olmo. Though the Spain forward, 26, is yet to be registered for La Liga play after the summer transfer, he could become a free agent if Barcelona fails to finalize his registration in January.
Elsewhere, Marseille is weighing up a move for Paul Pogba after his doping ban ends in March, though no talks have taken place yet. AC Milan is also reportedly ready to sell captain Theo Hernandez for a fee of around £41 million.
At Chelsea, Tosin Adarabioyo will not be leaving on loan in January despite interest from West Ham. Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen is expected to leave Manchester United at the end of the season, while Aston Villa is considering recalling Louie Barry from his loan at Stockport County to send him to a higher-level club.
