AEDC Announces New Management Team to Drive Strategic Objectives

The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has unveiled its latest management appointments, with Mr. Godfrey Abbah assuming the role of Chief Technical Officer, according to a statement released by the Acting Managing Director, Mr. Victor Ojelabi.

Ms. Leticia Ejendu has been appointed as one of the three Chief Business Officers (CBO), tasked with overseeing operations in other regions until the remaining two appointments are finalized. Meanwhile, Mr. Ibem Idika has been named Head of Human Resources, and Irene Nwankwo will serve as Chief Internal Auditor. Additionally, Mimi Angyu has been appointed as the Branding and Corporate Communication Manager, while Sasi Jaja will oversee Regulatory and Government Relations.

In his remarks, Ojelabi expressed confidence in the newly appointed executives, emphasizing their capacity to bolster the company’s strategic objectives. He assured stakeholders of further updates as additional critical roles are filled, urging everyone to remain dedicated to advancing AEDC’s position as a leading distribution company in Nigeria.
