Angela Okorie and Zubby Michael Reconcile After Pete Edochie’s Mediation
Angela Okorie has expressed deep gratitude to Nollywood icon Pete Edochie for helping end her protracted feud with fellow actor Zubby Michael.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Angela revealed that the legendary actor personally intervened, urging both parties to resolve their differences. His efforts, alongside support from others, brought about a reconciliation that ended months of public tension.
Describing the resolution as a season of “love and peace,” Angela announced that she and Zubby are ready to collaborate on new projects, promising their fans a lineup of exciting productions.
She wrote: “It’s love and peace season, fam. My people, no be small thing happened yesterday o with my G @zubbymichael. We fought, settled our differences, and everything ended in praise, which is the most important thing.”
Angela extended her appreciation to Pete Edochie, calling him a father figure in Nollywood. She also thanked other mediators, including Mr. China, Prime World, Rockselly Movies, and her online fans, for their support and prayers during the process.
The actress reassured filmmakers and fans that she and Zubby are ready to work together again, apologizing for any missed opportunities in the past. “We promise to bring you hits back to back. We already have lots of scripts to film together. Producers, feel free to pair us now!”
