Some people think that a delicious meal is food that contains all ingredients that make it taste nice in the mouth.
Some food may taste good in your mouth but they are dangerous to your health. This is because the ingredients used in enhancing the taste of the food can cause deadly health conditions.

#1. Artificial colors. Many women and men usually add artificial colors to their meals just to make their stew look colorful. They do this because they don’t know the effect of adding artificial color to their meal. This ingredient contains excess sodium and artificial preservatives which increase the risk of diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. Instead of using ingredients that put your health at risk, you should use enough fresh red tomatoes to prepare your stew.

#2. Artificial sweeteners: Another ingredient that enhances food’s taste is artificial sweeteners. You should reduce the number of seasoning cubes and artificial spices you use in preparing your food. Excess seasoning cubes in your meal increase the risk of heart conditions like heart attack, high blood pressure, or other related conditions.

There are many unhealthy cooking oils in the market, using them to prepare your stew increases chances of suffering deadly heart disease.

One should get an oil that has low cholesterol. Excess cholesterol in the human body increases the risk of health conditions that are associated with the heart.
