Blaqbonez Reveals Plans to Retire from Music in the Next 3-5 Years
Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has hinted at retiring from music within the next three to five years. In a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, the ‘Like Ice Spice’ crooner shared his plan to step away from music once he has secured a lasting legacy.
Blaqbonez explained that he aims to continue making music until he feels financially stable and confident that his contributions to the industry will endure. He stated, “I will keep doing my music to the point where I know I’ve saved up something that would last me for a lifetime; enough legacies. And I project I will be done in the next three to five years.”
When asked about his future after retirement, Blaqbonez revealed that he plans to stay within the entertainment industry, possibly working as a consultant for record labels. He said, “I will find another job in the entertainment industry. I would probably work as a consultant to a record label.”
The rapper’s decision to retire has shocked many fans, but he remains focused on securing his future while continuing to make an impact in the music scene.
