Brainjotter Raises Over N20 Million for Physically Challenged Fan
Comedian and social media influencer Chukwuebuka Amuzie, popularly known as Brainjotter, has made headlines by raising over N20 million for a physically challenged fan, Queen Onwunachie, during his show on May 25. This generous act took place at an event in Abuja, which Brainjotter attended at the Transcorp Hilton hotel.
Brainjotter shared the touching story on his verified Instagram page. He recounted how he met Onwunachie, who was the first to arrive at the venue while the sound setup was in progress. Initially unaware of her physical condition, Brainjotter later realized she had prosthetic limbs.
During the show, Brainjotter, along with fellow comedian Samuel Perry, known as Broda Shaggi, interacted with the audience. Onwunachie, who had a regular ticket, was brought to the front of the stage when Brainjotter remembered their earlier encounter. The initial plan was to raise N1 million for her, but the generosity of the crowd exceeded expectations, resulting in over N20 million being raised.
In addition to the financial support, a sponsor pledged to help process Onwunachie’s visa to Canada. Onwunachie expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Brainjotter, the sponsor, and Transcorp Hilton, where she was accommodated for the night.
Brainjotter encouraged his fans to remain hopeful and persistent in pursuing their dreams, highlighting the unexpected nature of blessings. He thanked the Abuja audience for their support and contributions, reiterating the importance of gratitude.
