Cristiano Ronaldo, Obama, Beckham, Eto’o, Drogba, To Arrive Nigeria In 2022

The new wave of developmental strides is set to hit the Nigeria’s football and sporting sectors next year as Manchester United great, Cristiano Ronaldo; former United States of America President, Barrack Obama; Manchester United legend, David Beckham; four-time Africa Footballer of the Year, Samuel Eto’o and Chelsea legend, Didier Drogba will visit Nigeria in the year 2022.

President of the Africa Children Talent Discovery Foundation (ACTDF), Noah Dallaji who disclosed this during the Symposium organised by the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN in Abuja, said the foundation is working assiduously to bring the great men of global image and continental pedigree into the country.

It would be the first time that five-time Ballon d’Or winner, Ronaldo as well as David Beckham will step their feet in Nigeria.

Dallaji who is known as a Sports Philanthropist has his tentacles spread across all sport’s in Nigeria, has succefully secured scholarship for some young basketballers in the USA while some young footballers in his foundation are now in Europe with one of them already with English Premier League side Leicester City.

He also supported Assisat Oshoala’s girl child football programe, as well as para-soccer athletes.

Dallaji was responsible for bringing Kalilou Fadiga, Tresor Lomanu Lua Lua and other African stars to Bauchi last summer.

The highly influential figure has however made the mother of all revelations when he announced on wednesday during FCT SWAN symposium in Abuja, that Portugal national team captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Samuel Eto’o Fills, Didier Drogba and other African stars will be storming the Moshood Abiola stadium in June 2022.

“In this stadium where we’re sitting, in June, we’ll have the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo grace the occasion and mentor the young ones.

“We’re working so hard on it and we’re going to have the meeting by sometime in March in Manchester to see how things can be possible. He is convinced about it, I think he is going to come.”
