Dalyboy Belgason: The Multi-Talented Artist with a Global Vision

Dalyboy Belgason, born Dalyboy Kachisicho Hyppolite, is a multi-talented artist of Nigerian descent, whose unique blend of music and film reflects his rich Afro-Cuban heritage. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hyppolite, Dalyboy’s journey started in Santiago de Cuba, where he was raised with influences from various cultures, including Cuban, Nigerian, and Haitian. His diverse upbringing in Miami and Spanish Harlem, New York, shaped his artistic style, making him a versatile Hollywood director, actor, producer, software engineer, and entrepreneur.

Dalyboy is not just a jack of all trades; he’s mastered multiple crafts, each contributing to his artistry. In the music world, he’s known for his fusion of Afrobeat, Reggae, and Hip-Hop, delivering songs that resonate deeply with audiences around the globe. His sound is a reflection of his personal experiences, encompassing both struggles and victories. Dalyboy’s passion for music began early, nurtured in the church where he played drums and keyboards. This love for rhythm and melody continued to grow, becoming the foundation of his career. He describes music as his world, and as long as there are stories to tell, he will continue creating.

Despite his accomplishments, Dalyboy remains relatively unknown in Nigeria. He acknowledges that breaking into the industry is challenging, but he’s steadily building his fan base. Every December, he visits his hometown in Anambra State, performing in local clubs in both Lagos and Ihiala. He believes that with time, his hard work will pay off and he’ll become a household name in the music scene. In his own words, “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” and Dalyboy’s persistence and dedication are evident in everything he does.

Over the next few years, Dalyboy has big plans not just for his music career but also for his personal life. After going through a divorce that left him stress-free, he’s focused on growing his wealth through real estate and expanding his business ventures. He hopes to remarry and start a family again, balancing his ambitions with a stable personal life. Meanwhile, his artistic endeavors continue as he works on a four-track EP and prepares to shoot two new movies in Ghana by December. His schedule is packed, but Dalyboy thrives on being busy, viewing each project as a stepping stone towards his dream of success.

Dalyboy is also the owner of his own label, True High Class Entertainment INC. He used to produce for artists in both the Caribbean and Nigeria but took a step back to focus on his solo career. For now, he’s concentrating on building his brand and investing his time wisely. As for his music, he writes most of his songs himself, drawing inspiration from his life’s challenges and aspirations. His aim is to reach the top of the music ladder, believing firmly in his ability to succeed when the time is right.
