Dammy Krane Accuses Davido of Falsely Accusing Him in Scandalous Arrest Claims

Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has made serious allegations against fellow artist Davido, claiming that Davido orchestrated a scheme to falsely accuse him of involvement in a Flutterwave and cryptocurrency scam.

In a series of posts on August 21, 2023, Krane took to social media to express his concerns, alleging that Davido used his influence to pay authorities to arrest him under false pretenses. He warned that if anything were to happen to him, Davido should be held responsible.

Krane’s posts read:

– “If anything happens to me @davido should be held responsible. Oppressor @davido has paid them to arrest me. They wrote a petition lying that I am into Flutterwave & crypto scam just to arrest me. This is how they keep using bad cops to spoil the name of the police.”

He compared his situation to that of the late artist Mohbad, suggesting that justice should not have to come after tragedy. Krane urged the public not to wait for a dire situation before seeking justice:

– “That’s what happened to Mohbad; he didn’t have to die before people sought justice. Nigeria, please don’t fail me.”

Krane further asserted that his arrest was a setup due to his quest for justice, and accused Davido of engaging in cryptocurrency fraud himself:

– “No need to wait for something to happen before shouting for justice. Nigeria, I’m being arrested & oppressed for seeking justice. They are trying to set me up because they can’t hold anything on me. They wrote a petition that I am into Flutterwave & crypto scam just to arrest me to show ego. Meanwhile, @davido is the one scamming with crypto.”
