Davido Supports Peruzzi’s Legal Action Against Fabricated Tweet, Calls for Jail Time
Famous afrobeat sensation Davido has expressed his support for his former protege, Peruzzi, amidst a legal battle against a social media influencer.
Reports from DAILY POST unveil the influencer, known as ‘Baddy of Lassu,’ who concocted false allegations against Peruzzi, purportedly exposing grievances towards Davido for ingratitude. Additionally, the influencer falsely claimed that Davido severed ties due to allegations of infidelity involving his wife, Chioma.
In response to these fabrications, Peruzzi issued a stern warning of legal repercussions against the individual responsible.
Following Peruzzi’s ultimatum, the influencer publicly apologized on Thursday, admitting to the falsification.
However, Peruzzi remained resolute in his decision to pursue legal action, rejecting the influencer’s apology.
Davido, adding his voice to the controversy, endorsed Peruzzi’s stance, advocating for severe consequences. In a succinct statement, Davido expressed, “Throw away the keys,” implying his support for locking up the influencer for his deceitful actions.
