DJ Kulet Announces Separation from Husband Amid Allegations
Famous Nigerian disc jockey, Kudirat Gbemisola, widely known as DJ Kulet, has announced her separation from her husband, Ohis Emmanuel, following serious allegations of infidelity and misconduct. The couple, who tied the knot in an elaborate ceremony earlier this year, are ending their marriage just eight months after their union.
In a detailed post shared on Instagram, DJ Kulet accused her estranged husband of infidelity, citing evidence such as chats, photos, videos, and voice notes. She further alleged that Emmanuel engaged in predatory behavior, including the abuse of a 13-year-old minor under their roof for six months.
She wrote, “I’m publicly disassociating myself from my ex-husband, Ohis Emmanuel (aka Benjamin) @hemmarsnoop due to his egregious and reprehensible actions.”
DJ Kulet claimed to have forgiven him initially when he blamed external influences for his infidelity. However, a video confession on December 28, 2024, revealed further disturbing actions, including the molestation of his 20-year-old cousin and her friend, which reportedly resulted in an infection.
“In our short-lived marriage of less than eight months, I have treated infections three times,” she added. “His predatory behavior predominantly targets minors, and he continues to engage in infidelity with multiple women.”
The DJ expressed her determination to speak out, saying, “As a victim myself, I feel compelled to expose individuals like him to protect others. I urge everyone to be vigilant and hold perpetrators accountable for their actions.”
The revelations have sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many commending DJ Kulet for her courage in addressing the issue and advocating for accountability.
