Nollywood actress Eniola Ajao’s maiden producer venture, “Ajakaju (Beast of Two Worlds),” has achieved a significant milestone by crossing the N100 million mark in ticket sales at the Nigerian box office.

The exciting news was announced by film distribution company FilmoneNg via Twitter, celebrating the indigenous film’s remarkable success within just five days of its release on March 29, 2024. “Ajakaju” co-produced by Anthill Studios, grossed an impressive N101.2 million, showcasing its widespread appeal among Nigerian audiences.

The tweet from FilmoneNg exclaimed, “The Beast has conquered!!! #Ajakaju: Beast of Two Worlds is making all the waves in the cinemas nationwide hitting 101.2m at the box office in 5 days • Nigerians are not playing on this one. Thank you for trusting every movie we dish out.”

This achievement adds to the film’s growing list of accolades, as it was recently hailed as the highest-grossing film for the weekend and the largest Easter opening film ever. “Ajakaju” also secured the title of the third-highest opening for a Nollywood film of all time, earning an impressive N63.2 million within 72 hours of its release.
