Extended ‘Eras Tour’ Movie with ‘Cardigan’ and Bonus Songs Streams on Disney+

The extended cut of Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” concert film, “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version),” has arrived on Disney+, offering fans a more immersive experience of the superstar’s record-breaking tour. Clocking in at around three and a half hours, the streaming version includes the highly anticipated performance of “Cardigan” from her 2020 album “Folklore,” which was previously omitted from theatrical releases.

In addition to “Cardigan,” the Disney+ edition features bonus footage of four acoustic performances, including “Death by a Thousand Cuts,” “Maroon,” “You Are in Love,” and “I Can See You.” Swift’s acoustic sets during the “Eras Tour” typically feature two surprise songs, and the film captures her performances of “Our Song” from her debut album and “You’re On Your Own Kid,” a nod to the friendship bracelets exchanged by fans at her concerts.

The extended concert film’s arrival on the streaming platform follows its successful theatrical run in October 2022. During its opening weekend, the movie raked in an impressive $96 million in the United States and Canada, becoming the highest-grossing concert film domestically for an opening weekend, according to AMC.
