MMA2 Returns Passenger’s Bag Containing N2.3m

The aviation security team at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 has returned lost baggage of an Uyo bound passenger on Ibom Airline, containing the sum of N2,350,000 and other vital documents. The passenger, who returned from the US was at the Ibom Airline check in counter alongside other passengers. With the aid of the CCTV, the duty supervisor and his team quickly went after the man who picked the bag, when the bag was retrieved, the owner confirmed that the bag content was intact in the presence of the AVSEC duty supervisor with his team, the police and the airline representative.
