New Court Documents Accuse Diddy of Paying $1 Million to Have Tupac Shakur Kille

Recent court documents have made shocking allegations against Sean Combs, widely known as Diddy, related to the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. According to these documents, Combs might have paid $1 million to have Shakur assassinated. The documents, filed on July 18, list Diddy 77 times under various names such as Puffy, Puff Daddy, and his real name, Sean Combs.

The key source in these documents is Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who was arrested last year for his role in Shakur’s murder. Davis is quoted in the court papers as saying that Combs offered $1 million to Eric Von Martin to carry out the killing. Davis had previously claimed that he was only admitting to his own actions and not implicating anyone else. However, the new documents suggest that Davis actually pointed to Combs’ involvement in the case.

One significant part of the documents includes a transcript where Davis reportedly spoke about Combs, referring to him as “Puffy Combs.” When asked if Combs had a role in the murder, Davis confirmed it, saying that Combs wanted to have Suge Knight “removed” and had problems with Shakur after the rapper released a diss track aimed at him.

The prosecution used these documents to argue against Davis’ recent bail request. Davis’ bail, set at $112,500, was denied last month due to concerns about where the money was coming from. It is still unclear if Diddy will be officially subpoenaed or charged in connection with the case.

The new allegations have drawn considerable attention and speculation. The legal process is ongoing, and more updates about the case and other related developments in the music industry are expected.
