Nigeria gets six Tucano aircrafts to fight terrorists

The first batch of A29 super Tucano aircraft have arrived Nigeria from the United States of America.

The Director of Public Relations and Information, Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday.

According to him, the aircraft arrived in Kano around 12.34pm and was received by the Minister of Defence; Major General Bashir Magashi (retd), Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya and Chief of Air Staff, Air Mashal Oladayo Amao.
