Popular Islamic scholar, Dr Ahmad BUK dies in Kano
A top Islamic scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Muhammad Ibrahim Bamba, popularly known as Kala Haddasana, has passed away on Friday 7th January, 2022 ay 82 years of age. This has been confirmed on BBC Hausa.
He died after a short illness at the Malam Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.
He was a renowned scholar of Hadith, where he used to teach at the BUK Mosque but later in his own mosque called Darul Hadith. He is a native of Ghana. The family announced that the funeral will be held at the Darul Hadis Mosque in the Tudun Yola area of Kano after Friday prayers.
He left behind 30 children.
