President Tinubu Urges Qatari Investors to Report Bribery Demands by Nigerian Officials

President Bola Tinubu addressed the Nigeria-Qatar Business and Investment Forum in Doha, emphasizing Nigeria’s commitment to fostering a conducive environment for serious business ventures. Tinubu urged Qatari investors to report any government official demanding bribes or inducements, assuring direct access to his office for resolution. He highlighted ongoing reforms in Africa’s largest economy, encouraging investors to disregard past obstacles and seize current opportunities.

Acknowledging the significance of combating corruption and insecurity, Tinubu underscored the appointment of Mallam Nuhu Ribadu as National Security Adviser, enhancing Nigeria’s anti-corruption efforts.
