Rema, Seun Kuti, and Other African Artists Set to Perform at Coachella 2025

Nigerian music stars Rema and Seun Kuti are among the African artists slated to perform at the prestigious Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2025. The announcement comes as part of the festival’s official lineup, which also includes Ghana’s Amaarae and South Africa’s Tyla.

Rema, who has become a global sensation with hits like Calm Down, is set to make his debut at Coachella, marking a significant milestone in his career. Meanwhile, Seun Kuti, the renowned Afrobeat musician and son of the legendary Fela Kuti, will be returning to the festival after first performing in 2012, making him the first Nigerian artist to do so.

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, held annually in California, USA, is one of the world’s biggest music and arts festivals, attracting over 125,000 attendees each year.
