Sadio Mane to Quit Liverpool for Bayern Munich after Talks
According to top sources, Senegalese forward and African Cup winner, Sadio Mane has agreed a three year contract with Bayern Munich after deciding on leaving Liverpool. PSG and Barcelona were also interested in the African Footballer of the Year but it is reported that Mane has spoken directly to Bayern manager Julian Nagelsmann to join Bayern Munich for £42.5m
Liverpool and Bayern Munich began official talks on Monday but are yet to reach a final conclusion on the deal.
Mane joined Liverpool from Southampton in 2016 and has gone on to win the Champions League, Premier League, Club World Cup, FA Cup and League Cup with the Reds, scoring 120 goals in 269 appearances for the Merseyside club. He also captained Senegal to the Africa Cup of Nations trophy in February.
There is also a possibility that Liverpool forward Mohammed Salah also plans to leave Liverpool this summer.
