Sean Diddy Combs Faces New Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Involving 120 People

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the American rapper, has been hit with a new lawsuit involving over 120 people who have accused him of serious crimes, including sexual assault, rape, and sexual exploitation. This lawsuit is one of the most significant cases against the artist, as some of the alleged victims claim they were minors at the time of the abuse.

Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee is representing the victims in this case. During a press conference, Buzbee shared that some victims were as young as nine years old when the alleged assaults took place. Among the disturbing allegations is the story of a 15-year-old girl who was reportedly drugged and raped during a party in New York City. Buzbee mentioned that these incidents often occurred during high-profile events, such as album release parties, New Year’s Eve gatherings, and Diddy’s infamous ‘White Parties.’

The lawsuit stems from a large pool of complaints. Buzbee revealed that around 3,000 people had initially reached out to his firm with claims against Diddy. After carefully reviewing the allegations, they narrowed the group down to 120 individuals who will be pursuing legal action. According to Buzbee, many of the victims were initially lured into the entertainment industry with promises of stardom. Unfortunately, instead of achieving their dreams, they suffered abuse that has left them unwilling to pursue their careers further.

Buzbee stressed the severity of the situation, noting that the ages of the victims when the alleged abuse occurred were alarming. In addition to the 15-year-old girl, one of the victims was reportedly only nine years old, and others were just 14 and 15 when the assaults happened.

On the other side, Erica Wolff, a lawyer representing Diddy, has strongly denied the accusations. She stated that Diddy “emphatically and categorically” denies all the allegations and described them as “false and defamatory.”

These new claims come while Diddy is already facing charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and sexual abuse. His legal troubles deepened on September 17, 2024, when he was arrested at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan by Homeland Security Investigations. The arrest took place at around 8:15 p.m., adding further pressure on the rapper as he battles multiple serious accusations.
