Nigerian singer Tekno has refuted claims that he was paid half a billion naira for his collaboration on Kizz Daniel’s hit song “Buga” and additional incentives. The musician addressed the rumors, which originated from an online media outlet named “Budget Nigeria,” alleging that he received 50% of the song’s royalties and over N500 million in bonuses.

Taking to his social media page, Tekno dismissed the reports as false, expressing his dissatisfaction with the dissemination of unverified information by various blogs. He emphatically stated, “Him money no reach anybody wey put out that fake interview, thunder fire your mama…#Talkingshit.”
