Tottenham, Atletico Madrid, Dortmund and Others Clamour For Nigerian Striker – Paul Onuachu

TOTTENHAM have joined the bidding war for Nigerian and Genk striker, Paul Onuachu in their search for a support for Harry Kane according to the Daily Mail. Also in the race are the likes of Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Southampton, Arsenal and West Ham.

The Premier League giants will also have to reach an agreement with the Belgian side, who rate the 6ft 7in striker at around £20million. Tottenham are on the lookout for a back-up to Kane, who expressed his desire to leave last summer. The England captain was approached by Manchester City but they failed to meet his asking price.

The Nigeria international has already netted 11 goals in 15 appearances across all competitions for Genk. Paul Onachu, only 27 years old, joined the Belgian outfit in 2019 following an impressive seven-year stint at Midtjylland. So far, he has to his records, a whopping 56 goals and seven assists in 84 matches.
