The social critic and activist revealed that his eye problems stemmed from excessive phone usage, which he said was a result of his relentless activism and dedication to fighting for others’ rights.
In a candid post on Instagram, VeryDarkMan explained that his activism had taken a significant toll on him, leaving him with no privacy and making him numerous enemies. Despite these struggles, he clarified that quitting was not an option. He expressed that he had come too far to give up on his mission.
“Bro to bro, people’s problems wan kpai me on God. I don dey get eye problems from always being on the phone. I’m stressed. I legit don’t even have a private life anymore,” he wrote. “Sad part is, I have gone too deep into it that I can’t turn back, and the crazy thing is, for everyone I fight for, I become an enemy to the person I fight against. Lol. We move.”
