‘When I’m Done With You, You’ll Cry For Mercy,’ Nigerian Rapper Vic O Challenges Shatta Wale To Rap Battle
Controversial rapper Vic O has promised to deal with Ghanaian dancehall singer and rapper Shatta Wale for running his mouth about Nigerian artistes.
Vic O challenged the rapper to a rap or singing battle in his reaction to Shatta Wale’s outburst about Nigerian musicians not appreciating his country’s artistes.
Shatta Wale had insulted Nigerian musicians, stating that they sing about love, but have no love. He also added that they see his country, Ghana, like heaven, amongst other demeaning words.
While other Nigerian artistes have responded to Shatta Wale’s multiple shades on their respective social media handles, Vic O wants to fight it out with the 37-year-old with wordplay and other lyrics.
Referring to Shatta Wale as a boy on Monday, December 27, 2021, Vic O said he should face whoever has offended him in the music industry and not condemn the music industry as a whole.
He wrote; “@shattawalenima if you say u the best i challenge you to a #rapbattle or a #singbattle”
“Cos i know you’re just running mouth. You have the guts to insult naija stars.”
“When I’m done with you, You’ll cry for mercy to get into the studio again.”
“@shattawalenima if u win i resign from Music. This is no joke.”
“I’m just lack of good management if i had one you won’t see my break light.”
