Nigerian comedian Bayegun Oluwatoyin, widely known as Woli Arole, is grieving the loss of his father, Jimmy Bayegun. In an emotional post, Arole wrote, “It has pleased the LORD to receive my FATHER in GLORY. It’s in total submission to the will of God to announce the demise of my Father, my HERO, and my ROLE MODEL. I am happy I spent your last moments with you in JOY, PRAYERS, and FUN. Rest well Baba Jimmy. Happy you left a LEGACY and that LEGACY is ME!!!!!! I would miss you so MUCH!!!!!”

Jimmy Bayegun, a native of Ikare Akoko in Ondo State, was a man of remarkable achievements. Before his retirement, he made a name for himself as a sailor and was also a Nigerian boxer in his youth. His life was filled with accomplishments that inspired those around him, especially his son.
